Brand values are a term that refers to the ethics, morals, standpoint and design of a company. There are four different types of characteristics that a business must make sure they stand in to have good brand values:
Memorable
A business’s design must be memorable. This is so a consumer will be able to recognise the business anywhere. Companies do this through good logo design and a snappy name that people won’t forget.
Timeless
Brand values should remain confirmed over the years. This is so the business won’t gain a bad reputation from changing their policies and values.
Exclusive
A business should have unique brand values that only relate to their business. This gives a true reflection on how a business is loyal and respectful of their customers.
Actionable
Brand values must be achievable, and the company will be expected to keep their brand values no matter what.
