This is when customer support queries are dealt with centrally by the business. 


When considering providing support for its products to the customers, what communication channels should a business consider? Justify your response 

A business must consider various supporting means. For example, phone calling, live chats, email services, etc... This is to provide the user with as much support as possible as they deserve to be able to get help when they need it.
